Violence Prevention Labrador (VPL) has small funding grants available for community projects of up to $250.00 for Violence Prevention Month. This money will be available to organizations in the Labrador to implement anti-violence/ Violence Prevention activities in their local areas.

The proposed activities must be clearly defined, and fit within at least one of the key objectives of the Provincial Violence Prevention Initiative:

• Public Awareness and attitudinal change regarding violence.
• Activities that include any of the vulnerable populations; women, children and youth, Aboriginal women and children, seniors, persons with disabilities and others who are victims of violence because of ethnicity, sexual orientation, or economic status
• Education and Training
